Vendor Terms

These Vendor Terms (“Vendor Terms”) apply to anyone who creates a seller profile, uploads content, or offers digital products through savorroots.net (the “Platform”). The Platform is operated by POLYGEX LTD, company number 17236783, registered at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. Contact: info@savorroots.net.

These Vendor Terms form part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read together with our Payment Terms, Privacy Policy, and Refund and Returns Policy. By creating a seller profile or offering products, you agree to these Vendor Terms.

1. Role of the Platform

Savorroots is a digital catalogue of recipes and related culinary content operated by POLYGEX LTD. Seller profiles and listings form part of that catalogue. For consumer purchases made on the Platform, POLYGEX LTD is the merchant of record and the contracting party responsible for supply of the purchased digital content, unless a product page expressly states otherwise in writing.

Vendor profiles do not create an independent marketplace contract between the buyer and the profile holder unless POLYGEX LTD expressly confirms that arrangement for a specific listing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

3. Content and Listings

You may only upload content that you own or are licensed to offer. Listings must accurately describe the digital content, what is included, delivery method, and any limitations. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, misleading, harmful, or deceptive content.

POLYGEX LTD may review, edit, refuse, suspend, or remove listings or seller profiles where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or maintain Platform quality.

4. Licence to the Platform

You grant POLYGEX LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, promote, and supply your uploaded digital content through the Platform as needed to operate the catalogue and fulfil purchases.

5. Fees, Payouts and Taxes

Where payouts or creator earnings features are enabled, commission, minimum payout amounts, and payout methods will be shown in your seller tools or Payment Terms. Payouts may require identity or account verification. You remain responsible for your own tax obligations on amounts you receive.

6. Customer Support and Refunds

Customer refunds and statutory rights are handled under the Refund and Returns Policy. You must cooperate promptly with POLYGEX LTD on quality issues, access problems, and disputes relating to your content.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not manipulate rankings or reviews, upload malware, scrape the Platform, circumvent fees or security controls, or misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or the nature of your listings.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate seller access where these Vendor Terms, the Terms and Conditions, or applicable law are breached, or where needed to protect the Platform or users. You may stop offering content by removing listings or closing your seller profile, subject to outstanding obligations.

9. Governing Law

These Vendor Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Vendor Terms affects mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
