3. Buyer Terms
- By confirming a purchase, you authorize us (and our payment provider) to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and fees.
- All digital recipe sales are final unless the content is defective or inaccessible.
- Buyers are responsible for ensuring their payment method is valid and has sufficient funds.
4. Seller Terms
- Sellers earn revenue from each sale, minus our service fee (as detailed in the Seller Agreement).
- Payouts are issued in Euro (EUR) by default, unless otherwise agreed.
- Sellers are responsible for any additional bank charges, currency conversion fees, or taxes in their jurisdiction.
5. Security & Fraud Prevention
- All transactions are encrypted and processed through PCI-compliant providers.
- We require 3D Secure (3DS) authentication where available for extra fraud protection.
- We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any suspicious or unauthorized transactions.
6. Refunds & Disputes
- Refunds are only issued in cases of defective or inaccessible content.
- Buyers must request refunds within 7 days of purchase.
- Disputes should be reported to 📧 info@savorroots.net before contacting your bank.
7. Taxes
- Prices displayed on the website may include or exclude VAT/GST depending on the buyer’s location.
- Sellers are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable in their jurisdiction.
