- If a buyer requests a refund for defective content, the seller will not be penalized for legitimate technical issues beyond their control.
- Sellers must respond to buyer inquiries promptly to help resolve access or quality issues.
5. Disputes
- In case of disagreement between buyer and seller, Savorroots.net will mediate the issue in good faith.
- Our decision is final and binding regarding refund eligibility.
